 * Is this the correct shortcode “arm_user_planinfo”? Because it doesn’t show anything
   if i don’t add a space after the word plan “arm_user_plan info”.
 * Also i’m trying to show the starting date with the following string
 * **[arm_user_plan info plan_id=”3” plan_info=”arm_start_plan”]**
 * but i only get the plan name. Are these correct?

 * Hello,
 * If you are willing to show only the plan name of the current logged in user then
   you can use this shortcode “[arm_user_plan]”.
 * Furthermore, if you are willing to display the plan start date of the logged
   in user then you can add the shortcode as provided below:
 * [arm_user_planinfo  plan_id=”3″ plan_info=”arm_start_plan”]
 * But please note that this shortcode will display the start date if the user is
   having the plan with the ID=3, so you can add the same shortcode for all the
   plan only by relacing the plan_id as per your requirements.
 * To get the plan_id navigate to ARMember Lite > Manage Plans page here you will
   be able to check the Plan ID columns which holds the list of the ID’s of the
   particular plan
 * Thanks

 * Ok, i managed to fix it. Is there a shortcode also to redirect to a specific
   page for selected plans (or a similar option available)?

 * Hello,
 * Glad to know that you managed to fix it.
 * The conditional Redirection facility you are looking for is not available in
   the ARMember Lite plugin.
 * Thanks

 * Regarding the shortcodes for the user plan, if a paid plan expires and it changes
   to a different one (free for example), does the “**Member Since**” option show
   the registration date from the beginning or it changes based on the date the
   new plan was activated?

 * Hello,
   As per your request it seems that you are referring to “[arm_user_plan]”
   if so then this shortcode will display the current plan which is active at the
   member’s account.Regarding the “member since” this will show the member’s joined
   date i.e. when the member registers to your site so it will not display the plan
   started date, but if you are willing to show the plan information then ARMember
   does provide a shortcode to display all the information regarding the plan.To
   achieve this you can navigate to the Admin Panel -> Pages -> Add New -> Membership
   Shortcode Block and here select the option “Others”, and then select the option“
   Current Membership Shortcode” and the shortcode as per your requirements.

 * Could you please provide the shortcode for the mentioned user creation date (
   not the current active plan) because i can’t seem to find it in the documentation.

 * Hello,
 * As per your request it seems that you are willing to have a shortcode to display
   the member’s joined date if so then unfortunately directly it will not be possible
   to display the member’s joined date but yes you can allow members to display
   the member  joined date at the membership profile.
 * To enable this you can navigate to the ARMember Lite -> Addons page and activate
   the “Social Feature” addon and then at the admin panel you will be able to check
   the “Profile & Directories” option where you will be able to customize your membership
   profile and then add the profile shortcode as per your requirements.
 * Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
 * Thanks
