 * Hi,
    Where do find the shortcodes? All I have displaying is Name and Position.
   I would need – Category along with contact info (phone/email/website).
 * Also- is there an active support site with documentation?

 * You can view the `[staff-directory]` shortcode options under Staff > Help in 
   the WordPress admin.
 * You can also view the template shortcode options under the Staff > Settings section.
   You can choose a stock template or choose “Custom,” which will reveal the template
   options.
