Shortcoder is not functioning properly

While editing pages and posts, I am having a problem inserting a shortcode. I can click on the shortcoder symbol [ ] and my available shortcodes pop up but when I click on the one I want, it doesn’t show it. I pretty much have to insert them manually. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
