If shortcodes are not being parsed (as in your screenshot), then verify that the plugin is activated.

If the plugin is activated and shortcodes are not being parsed, then you are using them in a location that does not automatically parse shortcodes. That’s outside the scope of the plugin and would require some digging into your theme to determine when/where you can use shortcodes. WordPress by default only parses shortcodes in the main content area, and it only runs do_shortcode() once. Some themes will run do_shortcode() on other areas such as widgets and menus, but that varies from theme to theme.

Here’s some information on applying shortcodes to other places:
    https://rocketgeek.com/shortcodes/adding-shortcodes-to-other-locations/
That may or may not apply here, depending on your specific situation. As I mentioned, it’s outside the scope of the plugin to determine where you can use a shortcode in your specific install, but this information should help point you in the right direction.

    Hello,

Problem solved, I just had to disable/delete the plugin and reinstall it.

    With kind regards,
