    Hi,

My SSS share links have disappeared from their normal spot on my homepage – the upper right corner under the word ‘Share’, here: https://shrinkwrap.blog/

However, click on any article and you will see that SSS displays correctly on those pages, in the same location.

Any idea why, and how to fix it?

    Notes:
    – I can make SSS display on the homepage under each article excerpt (which I don’t want) by selecting ‘Homepage’ in Placement under the Standard Interface tab. However, with that selected it still does not display where the shortcode is on the Homepage.
    – I have not updated my theme, nor WordPress. It appears to be a change within SSS.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I would like to know how you are enabling social share bar in the sidebar widget area of your webpages. Are you using a “Text” widget and then using shortcode in that?

Not exactly. It’s formatted within my theme (Generate Press Premium), with the shortcode added to that section of the page.

The odd thing is that it’s universal – added in just one place in the theme, and it should (and used to) appear on all pages.

Not sure why this is happening. If you drop email at support[at]heateor[dot]com, we would be able to look into the scenario.
