shortcode was called incorrectly

    I just updated to 4.5.3, and i’m seeing this message at the top of my admin and site

    Notice: add_shortcode was called incorrectly. Invalid shortcode name: =row. Do not use spaces or reserved characters: & / < > [ ] = Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 4.4.0.) in C:\xampp\htdocs\WP\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3897

    does anyone know what this is? and how to get rid of it?
