Shortcode vars not appearing in PHP snippet

Hello,
I’m trying to insert dynamically insert a variable from a shortcode into a PHP snippet. The snippet looks like this: http://imgur.com/OECINIu
My shortcode looks like this:
[ScaredyCutBox trackingID="helloworld"]Nothing is rendered. I’ve confirmed that the PHP snippet works properly otherwise.
Any idea why the variable feature isn’t working in this case?
