# Shortcode value changes

 * My plan is to have dozens of pages with shortcode like the following.
 * [gallery type='smugmug' view='album' album='7tPbqC' nick_name='myname' sort_order
   ='Descending' sort_method='DateTaken' count='100' more='More' layout='mosaic'
   album_sort_order='Album Settings' columns='8' title_position='below' popup='hide']
 * Do you know of a way in which the album=”…..” could be changed via a form that
   passes the value to location in the shortcode. Thus decreasing my pages from 
   dozens down to two; one for the form and one for the dynamically changed shortcode.

 * Isn’t this the same question you had asked [a while back](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/multiple-urls-to-one/),
   or [this one](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/albums-to-gallery/)? My answer
   still holds – you can’t do it since that is not what Photonic is meant for. Photonic
   is a shortcode plugin and its functionality is built into the shortcode itself;
   it is not a URL redirection / parsing plugin, or a page generation plugin.
 * If you are looking to do this you have to do custom development similar to what
   the person here [suggested to you](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/create-shortcodes/).
