Shortcode to display only 3 posts from categorie.

Hi, thanks for this wonderful plugin. Have helped to arrage the posts with ease.

However, I would like to know if there is a way to display on 3 or any number of posts from that category we have arranged.

Tried using other plugins, but the order of the posts will be back to default.
