Shortcode to a single post page (3 posts)

Is it possible to use a shortcode or something so that instead of posting underneath an existing post, it would be displayed entirely in a post page all by itself with no other content? I used my theme's post widget (Gabfire) and it doesn't seem to show feeds on any other post except this one: http://roundhousetalk.com/2013/02/supreme-court-asks-for-views-of-solicitor-general-in-oneida-reservation-case-turtle-talk/

Also, I have several feeds in the widget and you can see in the above link that the buttons for each feed do not display the feed name, but when you hover over click on a button it displays that feed's feed. I used the dark rather than the light version.

Have you tried the plugin 'Posts in Page'? I believe the latest version is 1.2.2 and for sure the author is IvyCat Web Services.

This plugin allows you to simply enter a shortcode that imports another, entire post of yours.

Let me know how this works for you.

Well, I used to use that but what I want is a news feed from all over the country which pulls Native American news into one single post which I can use to select as newsworthy for my site (applicable to my purpose, not slamming anybody's news). I can pull in several feeds but it's tedious when I was hoping to capture the feed into one page, picking out what I want to use and post it using WP Edit Post. The Posts in Page, or List Categories, plugins don't pull in news feeds from every state without much work. Thanks though. I was using RSS Just Better feed, but there is a lot of coding necessary and the plugin doesn't have the features I need.
