 * Hi, is it possible to change the skin of by using the shortcode without touching
   the global skin in elements tabs. I need a multiple timer with different designs.

 * To have multiple timers with different designs, you need to create multiple Finale
   posts and assign them to their products/categories using the Rule Panel.

 * yes its possible but it defeats the purpose of having only one active post at
   a time, maybe you can add this feature to shortcodes on your next update
