    Hello, I have a little problem with the email New User – Post-Registration Email, where I occupied this shortcode [global_user_firstname], where It should call the name, but when I get the mail, it brings me empty, being that I did Other email “password reset” (lost password) and In this email, it shows me the name and also shows me the mail. That is my question, or if you can help me in this, I am attentive to your answer

    Hi @amaroak,
    I’ve just tested this and can confirm that it works for me.

    Can you confirm that you’re using the latest version of BNFW and WordPress?
    If you’re still having issues it sounds like a potential plugin or theme conflict to me.
    Please can you make your way through this document and let me know how you get on?
