Can you tell me the reason why you are looking for the shortcode? Do you want to show the delivery field using shortcodes?
Our Order Delivery Date LITE plugin does not provide the shortcodes but if you can tell us your exact requirement then we might help you to fulfill it.

I need to use in popup when user click on add to cart button from shop page..

Do you want to show the Delivery Date field in the Popup appearing on click of Add to Cart button?
If yes, then it is not possible from our Order Delivery Date plugin to show the delivery date field in the popup. Reason being: This plugin lets the customer choose the delivery date based on the entire order due to which it is not possible to display the delivery date field in the popup which shows on the shop page. This is the reason we have placed our field on the Cart/Checkout page. I hope you got my point.
However, I would like to share with us you that we have the plugin named as Product Delivery Date PRO for WooCommerce allows the customer to choose a delivery date & time frontend product details page. Free version is also available.
