Hi. If you want me to try this out, send a mail to info@wibergsweb.se with your csv-file and what shortcode you are using. Did this happen when updating to version 3.54? There are a recent update, but I have a hard time seeing that this update would cause an issue like this (but you never know).
There could also be a cache or optimization plugin that messes things up. I notice that some selecions (selection when application period is included) seems to work, for example

Thanks for your quick response! Very strange, now it works again. I haven’t updated to 3.54 yet, the site is using 3.53. Maybe this was some cache problem! Let’s hope everything works on Monday because we publish new grant lists then. 😅
