Shortcode – show product categories – but exclude some?

    I’m trying to use the shortcode to show products in certain categories but no matter what I try it either shows all categories or none at all.

    I have 11 product categories and only want to pull in products from 10 categories on a page. Does the shortcode allow me to do this and if so how?

    I also don’t want it to show the title of the product category but the actual products that sit within it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
