Shortcode renaming

Hey,

Awesome plugin. We love using it.
Had an issue with renaming shortcodes:

– when changing the shortcode name, the shortcode name and shortcode caller in the shortcode editor updates, but the name in both the shortcode list and shortcode selector in a post/page editor does not update

This makes it difficult to find shortcodes with updated names, since they keep the old one.

If you can fix it, or tell us how to fix it, that would be great!

PS. By shortcode caller, I mean the text between brackets []. A really useful feature for the future would be for the shortcode name and the shortcode caller to be independently editable, just like a post and its path are.
