# Shortcode plugin not working

 * Hi,
    Having some short code problems. I see lot of shortcodes starting with [/
   vc_column_text][vc_sin… etc I don’t see any plugins that are disabled or need
   updating. Not sure why the website decided to do this. What can I do to fix it?
   It has affected the whole website. Thanks!

 * that isn’t good for us.
    The person who made this website can no longer be contacted
   and visual composer is no loner in the list of plugins. So it looks like I will
   have to re-purchase the plugin.
