# Shortcode Parameters – Syntax Example?

 * I have been trying to figure out how to affect the display by using these parameters:*
   title * text * after_text * button_text * image, only I can’t seem to get them
   to work. I am probably formatting the code incorrectly, but I have come up empty
   when searching for help. Can you post an example in the FAQ somewhere perhaps?

 * I never got it to work and moved on to something else. I’d still like to see 
   some examples.

 * Currently the parameter to the shortcode do not work. The parameters are only
   really title / before text & after text. The functionality does work though with[
   join-slack]
 * The widget does work fully.
 * As mentioned I will fix that in the next release. However I haven’t had any time
   to focus on this at the moment.
