 * Hello. Could you please tell me whether the best way to embed Contact Form 7 
   in your pop-up window is using a shortcode or the Contact Form 7 block? Which
   embedding method do you recommend? Perhaps one of these options is more performant
   and will make the site pages load faster? Thank you.

   to performance of either, that isn’t something we have really checked. Both would
   be extremely lightweight just the same.
