Shortcode Option

Do you have the ability to add a shortcode of a plugin using this page builder?
I have a plugin that has told me that the error I am getting is not them rather it is you because you do not support shortcode. I know that I can use the text editor for WordPress to add a shortcode, but do you have compatibility with using shortcode with your page builder?If not, can you help so I can get my shortcodes to work in your page builder?

No, thanks for the reply though. That is exactly how I added the shortcode in the first place and had an error in display with gray showing in margins or padding of that widget inside the box. So, it may be the plugin.
I will create more pages and see if I have the same with other plugin shorcodes then let you know. My home page
