Shortcode on custom tab

    Hi all,

    with UM free version I have created a custom form using “Profile Form” and adding 2 standard fields (Phone and mobile number). Then I have created a custom tab with Ultimate Member Custom Tab Builder Lite linking the custom form through the own shortcode.
    The new tab correctly appears just after the standard tabs (About, Posts and Comments) but when I click on it, I get the error “502 – Bad Gateway” while if I use the shortcode related to one of the 3 default forms (Registration, Login, Profile) the tab display the form correctly: what did i do wrong?

    Hi Andrea,

    The option to add a custom tab with a UM Form is only available in the pro version of the plugin. If you have the pro version of the plugin, please use the website contact form for assistance with that.

    Hi SuitePlugins,

    are u sure? Because I am been able to add a custom tab after standard ones through Ultimate Member Custom Tab Builder Lite (a free standard extension of UM). The only problem is that seems does not work with shortcode while works fine with “Content” as Content Type attribute (simple text)
