Hi @marqholanda I just checked the URL you sent and I’m able to see the Draw Attention image, so I suspect this might be something only affecting the editor or preview mode of Elementor (which we can look into)

Maybe try logging out and refreshing your browser cache to see if it starts working for you as a site visitor?

Any follow-up questions or support for the Pro version, please email us directly at support@wpdrawattention.com and we will help you take a closer look

    Thanks,
    Nathan

    hi Nathan,

i just send an email to support@wpdrawattention.com as the image didnt show up again. It looks like theres really some issues that need to be resolved. I included my login on my email so you can take a look in the backend.

Note for future forum readers: there was a conflict with the “Lazy Load” plugin, which we’ll look at supporting automatically in future versions of Draw Attention
