Hmm strange it now works after I deleted the shortcode and re-pasted it and did a forced browser cache reset.

At first I was admittedly thinking “this person’s gone crazy…” but then I realized there’s a good explanation for what happened to you, and it may happen on future sites if I don’t fix it soon.
When you upgraded, there’s a new option to opt in or out of Freemius’ data collection and email list. While it was optional, it did force you to make a choice before continuing. And that was all fine and good, except I forgot that until you did, it *also* disabled the shortcode and print buttons. 😣 oups!
So when you first looked dyou probably hadn’t yet opted in or out of Freemius, then you chose one, then the shortcode worked again (I believe deleting the shortcode was actually unrelated.)
Anyways, I will release the fix ASAP (once I’m off baby duty, admittedly) to prevent this issue for future users.

Ok 3.3.1 has a fix that will prevent the problem you experienced to happen for future users who update.
