# Shortcode Not Working

 * I have tried all things mentioned in other posts regarding the insertion of shortcode,
   and possible fixes. I am simply inserting the shortcode in a page and the invoices
   are not displaying there. Using latest version of WP as well as the plugin.

 * Thanks for the reply Anton. I am using the Twenty Fourteen theme. No luck their
   either. I also tried installing the custom templates on the settings page. That
   didn’t work. Oddly enough the [wp-invoice-lookup] tag displays correctly on the
   page. However, when I try to look an invoice up, nothing displays. Let me know
   if you can get it fixed. I like the way this plugin integrates with CRM and would
   prefer to use it as my invoicing tool but I am running out of time.
