# Shortcode not working

 * Hi there,
 * I have the latest version of WordPress and this plugin. I created the form and
   added it to my theme and nothing shows up on the front-end. I tried the other
   forms that come built in and nothing shows up either.
 * Do you have any suggestions?

 * Hi,
 * Please, go to the settings page of plugin, specifically to the troubleshoot section,
   and selects the option “Direct”, for the “Script load method” attribute.
 * If the issue persist, please send me the URL to your website to check the issue
   in detail.
