# Shortcode not working

 * I have set up the plugin and added the shortcode in an elementor element, but
   the shortcode was not working. It is displayed only as a string.
 * Can you help, please?

 * Hi Emese, I just added the [youram] shortcode in elementor post and it works 
   for me. Can you please try to add it in a new page/post and check.

 * Emese, Youram is not installed/activated on your site. We can see it in your 
   wp-content/plugins folder from chrome that there is no folder for youram. Please
   install and activate the plugin and let us know if any help is required.
