# Shortcode not working

 * The shortcode is not working for me. It doesn’t load anything on the page. It
   doesn’t show anything.
 * Any idea how to fix it?

 * Hi jubamad,
 * you must disable helpful in the settings (helpful hide: check). Then you can 
   use the shortcode. Just remember that you also have to select the post types (
   post types: check).
