Shortcode not working

This plugin had been working great for the past year. However, after updating recently it no longer populates the Facebook and YouTube posts, it only shows the shortcode. I have it hidden right now while we try to figure it out.

I tried generating a new shortcode to use, but nothing ever shows up on the plugin when I click that. I also tried doing this in a different browser. I also tried using the shortcode from the demo site and replacing the names, that also didn’t work.

The code I had used prior that did work before update was:
[fts_mashup posts=12 social_network_posts=6 words=30 center_container=yes show_social_icon=left facebook_name=mandmexhaust grid=yes channel_id=UCaMMSMJmwE2UJ_tKCiKWF2A column_width=310px space_between_posts=10px]

The shortcode I had tried after the update that also didn’t work was:
[fts_mashup posts=10 words=25 social_network_posts=2 center_container=yes grid=yes stack_animation=yes column_width=300px space_between_posts=7px show_social_icon=right facebook_name=mandmexhaust youtube_name=UCaMMSMJmwE2UJ_tKCiKWF2A background_color=”#FFF” padding=”0″ show_media=top]

I checked the access tokens for Facebook and YouTube as well and they are showing that they are working.
