Shortcode not working

Hi,

When I use <php? echo do_shortcode('[socialpug_share]'); ?>, echo do_shortcode('[socialpug_share]');, or [socialpug_share], all I’m getting is the shortcode text, it’s not actually doing anything. This is happening on any page I try this on. Am I doing something wrong?
