Sure, if you use shortcode in menu WordPress doesn parse them there, so you will see just shortcode text. To resolve it you can use this plugin: https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-in-menus/ -> use any shortcode in menu label http://clip2net.com/s/3PAkyFx
Here is an example of another my plugin https://wordpress.currency-switcher.com/wordpress-currency-switcher-action/?currency=INR with shortcode in top menu – try to change currency and you will see

Thanks for reply. I already try this code[woocs] in ‘shortcode in menu’ plugin.Its shown only icon box in menu but there is no function after click on icon. As you send second link that is of WP shortcodes [wpcs] ,not work in my site.(It shown in menu only words-‘wpcs’)
