Shortcode not displaying

    Hi,

    I am trying to setup the like/dislike in a specific position due to the layout of my page. I would like to have the default one shown at the bottom of the content removed and then display it through the shortcode. However, the shortcode option doesn’t seem to display the widget while there’s no option to remove the widget from the bottom of the content.

    Kindly assist with these.

    Hello!

    Most likely the issue is within your theme. Please try to temporarily switch to one of the default themes and check if the issue remains.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response. The shortcode was working fine with my current theme (hello elementor) and stopped working after I made some changes to like/dislike settings and also switched to the free plan.

    Does the free plan not support shortcodes? And also how do I remove the like/dislike from the bottom of content position and ONLY have it displayed wherever I paste the shortcode?

    Yes, some shortcodes are not available with the “FREE” plan (the ones that demand access to the stats). But the basic “[likebtn]” should work. Please open a support ticket using the “Contact Us” form on our site.

    As for removing default buttons – you can disable them in the “Buttons” tab (the first option at the top).

    Ok thank you. I am only using the shortcode to control the positioning and dont need any stats.
