• Hi,
    LinkLibrary is version: 4.2.5
I’m trying to use the shortcode [link-library categorylistoverride="xy"] or [link-library settings="1" categorylistoverride="xy"] to override my default behavior. Though it does not seem to work as the page still display the default category. I’m also using this other shortcode [link-library-cats settings="1" categorylistoverride="xy"] on the same page which works as espected.
Am I missing something or is there something wrong somewhere?
    Thanks,
    LB

Sorry for the delay in responding. I was very busy leading up to and during Wordcamp Montreal.

Are you specifying a single category in the categorylistoverride or multiple? Are you specifying the category using its numeric ID?

Can you copy/paste the actual shortcodes here?

    Hi Jack,
    Thanks for responding.
I have found a solution but there may be a bug somewhere though.

    My setup (WP 3.0.1 – LL 4.2.5)

    1rst:
    – in the common parameters, a default category is setup (for example “7”), to display when there is only one category to show,
    – then I want to display each category on separate pages and only one. That’s why I’m using this shortcode [link-library settings="2" categorylistoverride="11"] => no luck here, it always displays the default category, here “7” ; where (on the same page) this one [link-library-cats settings="2" categorylistoverride="11"] works as expected!

    2nd:
    – in the common parameters, I remove the default category (for example “7”), to display when there is only one category to show,
    – the both shortcodes work as expected.

    Any idea,
    Thanks,
    LB
