# Shortcode in template

 * Hi, i’m trying to add a wysiwyg widget into my template using
    `<?php echo do_shortcode('[
   widget name here]'); ?>` but i can’t seem to get it to work.
 * Is there a specific way, or am i wasting my time trying?

 * Sorry, a bit late but there is no shortcode to use with my plugin at the moment.
   You can use the “WYSIWYG Widget Widget” to show any WYSIWYG Widget post type.
 * It might be a good idea to include a shortcode in future versions of the plugin
   though, I will think about it!

 * Ok, thanks for the info. Looks like i’ll have to find another plugin to fit the
   job this time, but i’ll keep a look out for updates on yours.
