    hello,

    the URL is http://www.erniedelrio.com

At present I am using the shortcode at or near the top of most recent post where it is most quickly visible. But that requires me to change each new post to add the shortcode again. I would like to reside permanently the shortcode into the main introductory text of the front page but at present it is not supported. That would be more convenient.

the shortcode is for an audioplayer that visitors can on/off at their discretion when viewing the tervuren doggies. At present I am positioning the audioplayer shortcode in the most recent post which shows up immediately under the body text in the main theme front page. It works pretty well. But I have to reposition the shortcode with each new post. It would be more elegant and convenient if the audioplayer resided permanently at the bottom of the introductory text in the theme homepage front page. I could put the shortcode in a widget in the footer but that is a long way down and the visitor might not get to it or realize that music is available. I could put automatic music in the background but I personally never like websites that come with canned automatic music, i like people to be able to choose yes/no to music at their discretion.

The preferred adjustment would be to find a method or a plug-in that would permit the addition of shortcode into the main introductory body of the home page of the theme, where html is already accepted, but not shortcode.
