Shortcode in DIVI not working

    Hello I tried to make this shortcode using the DIVI theme builder

    [psac_post_carousel design=design-2 show_author=false show_tags=false show_comments=false show_category=false content_words_limit=12 slide_show=2 slide_scroll=3]

    the shortcode above will show when I open the editor but when I saved my work, the ff. shortcode won’t display anymore, I tried to dispose the quotation marks as suggested in one of the previous post/concerns but it didn’t worked.

    The shortcode btw, only works in the desktop view, when it comes to tablet view and below, the display disappears.

    Actually I have not checked it with Divi theme.

    Can you please provide me the web page URL on which you had setup the plugin? so I can take a look and try to understand the scenario.

    Hello! Thank you for responding.

    I have fixed the problem, it has something to do with the divi builder modules. I tried to make an another section and I got it fixed.
