 * Looking to get the search form on the home page of a Divi site. What shortcode
   do I need?
 * I have added the form to a sidebar and it looks like this. I was hoping it would
   be horizontal.

 * That’s the default layout. It requires some custom to change it to horizontal
   or any layouts.
