 * I intend to have more than one of our restaurants available to book
 * When more than one place has been added does this create a second Reservation
   page or is it necessary using the shortcode to define the specific restaurant
 * Is there extra I add to the shortcode to define the location?

 * Hi, multiple places are supported in basic version of plugin. You would need 
   a separate subscription for each place.
