# Shortcode for forms

 * We have configured UPICRM on our site however we are unaware how to use the shortcode
   to capture leads
 * As in, how can we embed the form on our website frontend??
    Is there any shortcode
   to use the form??

 * Hello, and thanks for writing this.
    Actually – there’s no use for shorts codes…
   You just need to have an active form on your site, either contact form 7, Gravity
   forms, or – also support – Ninja Forms.
 * Once you have this form installed, UpiCRM will recognize the form and its fields,
   and will allow you to map it into your central leads/customer tabel, along with
   all the additional functionality (manage leads, distribute leads, analyze traffic
   sources etc.
 * If you need additional help setting it it – just let us know, we’ll be glad to
   further assist you in the process .
