# Shortcode for (default) sorting when using search in shortcode

 * For normal channels/playlist sorting is working perfectly from front-end as is
   toggle sorting .
 * But when using shortcode + search in shortcode (with backend default search set
   to Latest)
 * for example [yourchannel user=”YouTube” search=”solar energy pv ireland” own=”
   0″]
 * the videos come in sorted by relevance NOT by date.
 * is there a variable/parameter that can be added to the shortcode so that they
   are forced to come in sorted by date ?
 * e.g. say something like
 * sort_by=”latest”
    or search_sort=video_date_uploaded
 * Otherwise all very good —>Excellent .

 * Hi, yes, when I was testing with a channel, it wasn’t working, so I had hardcoded
   it to `relevance`. I just tried with another channel and seems to be working 
   now, please send a mail to `support @ plugin.builders` and we’ll provide you 
   a link to download the updated .zip file.
