 * Could it be possible to select a season (in my case season = matchday) in the
   the page shortcodes – sportspress -> event -> list
 * Now I have to create a calendar per team per matchday which are a whole lot of
   calendars (8 teams x 35 matchdays : 280 calendars).
    If I could select the matchday
   in the widget, I would only have to create 8 calendars.

   I totally understand how a seasons (and competition) selector could be useful
   in shortcodes. I’ll look into adding these to the plugin, and would also recommend

    I want to start preparing
   our new site for next season and this would save me a lot of time.
