    Howdy,
Attempting to add in a calendar to my website that only shows a list of upcoming events for the next 12 months – we only run 4-5 events a year, so having months of empty space doesn’t look good.
I had this previously set up with short code, but after updating WP for some reason no matter what shortcode I add, it defaults to the stock standard calendar with no changes. Have tried purging all caches, opening on a different device/browser, force refreshes, etc but no matter what I do, it stays absolutely the stock same.

    Suggestions?

Odd – so to get this correct: it was working previously, and the ONLY thing that changed was a WordPress update?

Or did you update your theme, other plugins and this plugin as well?

Just trying to narrow down where the issue might have started.

Can you share a link to the page in question?

As far as I can remember (it had all previously been working fine, so haven’t looked in 6 months or so), it acted exactly how I wanted; just showed a list of upcoming events only. WP and this plugin have probably updated in that time. Since trying to get it to work I’ve gone back to the default view as nothing else I did seemed to make a difference.

Honestly, it’s been so long since I changed anything on it I’m not sure if it’s not working or I’ve just got a case of the dumbs

Well damn, I just tried again and everything works. Did exactly the same shortcode as I had yesterday but it’s fine this time.

    Internet gremlins strike again.

    Cheers

Probably our new AI overlords flexing on you… 😉

    Glad it got sorted!
