    I’ve been integrating Recencio into my book review site. Because I am unable to see or find the archive pages for authors, genres, etc. I decided to add the shortcode [rcno-tax-list tax=”rcno_author”] on a new page I created. I am using elementor pro for developing it and the astra theme for my site. When I add the shortcode and then go to publish, it gives me a “500 internal server error”. I checked with my hosting company and they said it is a plugin. Please help me figure out as I don’t want to use another plugin. I really love this one.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,
    Usually the “HTTP 500” error is just a generic message indicating that something went wrong. Your webhost is supposed to be able to check your server logs and specifically tell you what went wrong.

    So can you ask them to be more specific and tell you the name of the plugin and the function name and line number where the error occurred. If I have this information I can help you resolve this issue.

    Here is one of the errors: Notice: Undefined index: show_count in coastandanchor.com/html/wp-content/plugins/recencio-book-reviews/public/widgets/class-rcno-reviews-taxonomy-list.php on line 160

    I saw that one on your site earlier, I was working on resolving that warning message right now. I’ve have a patch for it in about an hour.

    Also, that is just a warning message, it shouldn’t result in a HTTP 500 error and it is from the taxonomy list widget, not related to the shortcode.

    It only happens when I add the recencio shortcodes to a page. I can create the same page with every other element and it does not have a problem. So I’m guessing maybe it is something to do with elementor and the shortcode. I can add the shortcode and publish but if I make any additional changes or go back into the page to publish again it gives me the error code.

    I also do not get the archive pages for genre, authors, publishers, etc. I know they are supposed to generate automatically, although I would prefer to design them myself, but they simply are not there.

    I will work on it more tomorrow. I genuinely appreciate your help.

    OK, I’ll delay this patch until tomorrow as I would like to try installing Elementor to re-create this issue for myself.

    Here is another error report:

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 17 of the file xxxxxxx.com/html/wp-content/plugins/recencio-book-reviews/public/templates/rcno_default/taxonomy.php.

    Error message: Cannot redeclare integer_cmp() (previously declared in xxxxxxx.com/html/wp-content/plugins/recencio-book-reviews/public/templates/rcno_default/taxonomy.php:17)

    I received this one today when I went back in to take a look. It is on page xxxxxxxx.com/book-reviews. I have the shortcode [rcno-sortable-grid] as well as a Posts from Reviews query again using Elementor.
