# Shortcode [chat] doesn't work

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve just managed to get a VPS and media server set up (what a palava!) and now
   AVChat is installed.. thing is I can’t get it to actually work on wordpress. 
   I’ve used the shortcode but it doesn’t work and when I select ‘Enter chat’ in
   the backend the timer just goes around and around.
 * Need urgent help please as need to test AVChat before site goes live!
