Shortcode builder ignoring one of my fields

I have a survey set up on a contact form, and one of the last fields I added was a standard multiple radio button question. However, the shortcode builder does not recognize my field, even though I’ve checked multiple times to make sure I have the correct field name set. All I get reproduced on the page where the shortcode is embedded is ${ref-mxp} (name of my field) instead of where the question response should go. I’ve also checked to make sure the field is declared properly at the top of the shortcode. All my other fields are recognized, I’m puzzled why this one random field won’t be.
