Shortcode activation link and *full url* in signup confimation e-mail

Hello,
I have the basic Sign up confirmation email
Settings > Sign Up Confirmation > Email Content

[activation_link]Click here to confirm your subscription.[/activation_link]

but in some account domains (e.g. Yahoo.com, etc) when the users receive the email they do not show the url clickable! They show only the text without possibility to click for confirmation.

Since usually the services also provide the full url as an alternative, I was wondering how to insert it (full url) into the email content.

E.g.

[activation_link]Click here to confirm your subscription.[/activation_link] or click here: http://www…… (full url clickable)

Someone can help me?
