 * I was wondering if there is a shortcode that will enable the plugin user to place
   the buttons exactly where they want them.

 * Wondering the same thing. I only want the share buttons on a few pages, so it
   would be easier to add them manually instead of going through all my other pages
   to click “don’t show”.
