    Hello,
    i used the shortcode of this type [family-tree family='{48}’ root='{2623}’]
    where 48 is the id of family and 2623 one of the GreatGrandParents.
    Νothing appears.
    If i use the [family-tree family='{48}’],as you can see it shows only Parents.
    How is possible to shows all the family tree (GrandParents and GreatGrandParents of mother and father) as in your example?

    You have not created the shortcode correctly. You don’t need the {} brackets

    Ok,thank you.
    I changed the shortcode to [family-tree family=’48’ root=’2623′],but it still shows the family tree of the specific member.
    How is possible to see the family tree of the rest?
    Because in fact,in this shortcode they need to be added 2 ids:
    The oldest member are 2,because are couple.

    Hi

    Sorry to hear you are still having problems but I don’t understand the issue? The plugin will show spouses so if you set a person as the root, their partner should display as well provided you have linked them in the back end member profile. If you can perhaps let me have some screen captures showing the problem you are facing I might be able to help more?

    The problem is that it shows open the tree family only for males.
    If i want to see the tree family of a female i should press to the icon.
    It works that way?
    I need something like this

    The tree only shows descent in one family line, it’s not designed to show two lines merging so it’s not possible to create a tree like the one in your link.
