short pixel show original photo not optimized

dear sir,
i uploaded photos to my website, Consumed credits increased in statistics, but it show the original photos in my posts not the optimized!i tried also on my friend website and the same result! short pixel show original photos on the posts not optimized photos!
also i tried Bulk shortpixel optimization and the same result!
for example, this post:
http://gleaming-capuchin.w5.poopy.life/2019/05/01/%D8%A7%D9%83%D9%84-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D8%B3%D8%AA%D9%86%D8%A7/the size of original photo is 285 kb , and it remain the same after optimization !
