# Short codes doesn’t work

 * Hello! Short codes doesn’t appear to be working? I have tried on two different
   installations and the short code just show [oceanwp_date] instead of 2018. If
   i change a single letter anywhere in your default footer text the short code 
   stops working for some reason.

   Extra plugin?

 * It’s local so cant share. Yes i do have the Ocean extra plugin

 * It’s actually working now. No idea why it didn’t work before. Tried several times
   on different days. Thanks anyway 🙂
