I just updated the premium plug in and now none of the short codes work for the catalog and there is a spinning wheel when I try to edit the settings. I have disabled Jetpack but the problem persists. How can this be resolved??

  • same problem here

I just bought this plugin last week, the problem has not been resolved and no one is answering here or by email. If this persists I will ask for a refund as the product I paid for is not working.

The plugin is now crashing my website. My subscription expires July in 9 days. I removed it and my website works fine, when I try activating it again I get this:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

The issue was resolved for me by simply clearing the browser cache (Ctrl F5).
